Gourmet Restaurant A bistro "plus" orchestrated by Guy Martin, with a fine location and chic setting for a relatively cautious cuisine aligned with current trends: ceviche of sea bream and octopus with coconut milk, back of cod wrapped in roast ham with broccoli purée and tangy meat juice, pavlova with red fruits for a €58 menu, enhanced by a few suggestions of the moment (veal mignon with Camargue red rice and vanilla tea juice). Classic cellar, professional service in a beautiful space with brick arches.
