Sponsored See the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, the troglodyte houses of the basket-making village of Villaines-les-Rochers and feast on home cooking at the Pa. Ta. Tra restaurant: what a wonderful program for a stay in the beautiful Centre-Val-de-Loire region. When Pauline François Benard, chef de cuisine and pastry chef, took over the restaurant in her father's native village, she imagined a cheerful, sparkling place to enjoy fresh cuisine prepared with love. This colorful, friendly place now exists to the delight of locals and visitors alike! On weekdays, the lunch and dinner menus, the daily vegetarian suggestion and the house menu are displayed at low prices on the large neon pink Plexiglas board. On Friday evenings and Saturdays, Pauline offers a more elaborate version of her menus. Sharing is at the heart of this restaurant, nestled in the former P.T.T. premises. The proof? Its monthly brunch, weekly burger night, and real kids' menu! Pa. Ta. Tra dishes and desserts are also available to take away!
