Chef's Restaurant High-level Japanese cuisine at Toru Okuda's counter (seating seven), extended by a few tables for a maximum of fifteen diners. The lucky diners appreciate the ritual well crafted by the master, in the traditional order of a well-executed kaiseki: soup, sashimi, grilled meats, rice, fruit dessert, tea... The sequences are identical, except for a few details, for lunch (€158) and dinner (€198), with a third initiatory menu (€85) added at lunchtime, in an obviously hushed and Zen setting of light wood and beige tones.
