Gourmet Restaurant The aim of this restaurant, which was launched a few years ago by Alexandre Mazzia, is clearly to be a high-end bistro. And while prices are not much higher than in a brasserie, the cuisine is accomplished and meticulously finished: duck millefeuille with shallot confit and spiced chantilly, marcassin loin with Marseille ratafia sauce and forgotten vegetable cream, white chocolate crunch with timut roasted mango and lemongrass. The €42 menu for the complete sequence is a good option.
