Gourmet Restaurant The adventure continues for Bastien and Clara, in their well-appointed Provençal-style house with contemporary touches, in an alleyway of the old town. Clara, who was Jeune Talent 2022, shines in the dining room, precise and smiling, with an excellent touch, while Bastien perfects his presentations, in a modern register with a regional sauce: crispy black pudding with pears and four spices, good Ardèche trout with celery in two ways and yuzu sabayon, gourmet guinea fowl, breaded with kochi curry, parsnips and oyster mushrooms. Simple, good-looking desserts: lemon gel cream with basil shortbread or chocolate banana cream with rum and cocoa crumble. The wine cellar could do with a little more development, although it includes some good regional wines (Revelette, Vignelaure...). The good news at the start of 2023 is that the young couple are now at home in their own premises.
