The wide-ranging menu includes everything from traditional southwestern dishes to exotic fashions, including ocean and Royans ravioli, large salads and a wide choice of meats: beef (ribeye, tenderloin, entrecôte with a variety of sauces), veal, duck and lamb, not forgetting large salads and cassoulet.
