A must, one of Toulouse's great classics for good living, good meats and vigorous forks. The wide-ranging menu includes everything from traditional southwestern dishes to exotic fashions, including ocean and Royans ravioli, large salads and a wide choice of meats: beef (ribeye, tenderloin, entrecôte with a variety of sauces), veal, duck and lamb, not forgetting large salads and cassoulet. Paris-brest and tarte tatin. Extensive cellar and busy service.
