Gault&Millau's review 2026

A practical bistro that embodies today's codes, with relaxed service and a menu that picks and chooses what's on the menu at any given moment, from onion soup and sirloin steak to gorgonzola fusilli, Aubrac burger and crying tiger. A good impression of home cooking, right down to the caramel beurre salé brioche perdue, and low prices. Cocktails and local wines (Corbières, Minervois, Cabardès...) to accompany.
