Description
Sponsored Hakim Rekkay and Soufiane El Ouartassi have transformed this old stone building into a warm, friendly, home-like atmosphere, beautifully decorated with greenery. Their specialty? An exquisite selection of Charolais, Limousin, Simmental and Angus beef, which Chef Hakim sublimates through grilling or long, flavorful cooking. His passion for the culinary arts shines through on every plate, notably with his Signature dish: a 300 g fillet of beef of exceptional tenderness, cut into pieces and served with a gravy sauce perfectly reduced for 3 to 4 hours, or a delicate homemade pepper sauce. This delicacy is accompanied by a choice of pasta, fries or homemade mashed potatoes, sautéed potatoes or fresh market vegetables. The menu also features gourmet veal, chicken and lamb dishes. Enjoy this feast in the shade of orange and lemon trees, a few steps from Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption and the Iconic shopping center, comfortably seated on a charming terrace.
