Chef's Restaurant A superb manor house on the Côte de Granit Rose, where so many fine chefs have distinguished themselves over the decades. This Relais & Châteaux-labeled mansion can still be trusted for the quality of its welcome, its traditional chic comfort and Anthony Avoine's cuisine, which showcases prestigious seafood products: shelled spider crab, braised marrow bone and toasted bread-infused broth, pearly-cooked lobster from Ile Grande, herbaceous voile de colonnata jus, soft-cooked saint-pierre, bear's garlic and crisp green asparagus, brown poultry jus. A fine Découverte menu at €95, classic desserts (crêpes Suzette) or more inventive ones, a varied menu at fair prices.
