It's an inn just a few minutes from Perros-Guirec, named after the beautiful church of Sainte-Anne and Saint-Laurent opposite it. Brieg Le Cam has developed a successful tribute to Brittany, full of freshness and authenticity, exhibiting a modern and original vision. The menu revisits the classics, with a whiting, carrot and mint starter, scallop quenelles with fennel and rapeseed, sole meunière and potatoes, Rennes cuckoo with turnip and saffron, and vanilla and caramel soufflé.
