Chef's Restaurant Behind this reassuring - almost too reassuring - name lies a young team who have revitalized the place, capitalizing on its strengths: a pleasant veranda and an attractive dining room with exposed stonework, beams, a fireplace and light-colored floors. At the piano, Brieg and Martin draw on local produce and Breton tradition to offer the very best in regional cuisine. Smiling, energetic service and a short but well-referenced wine cellar.
