The former pizzeria has become a fine bistronomic restaurant in the center of Trébeurden. The little house, with its traditional architecture, is very charming, with its sober, contemporary decor that doesn't detract from the overall style. Chef Baptiste Lavallez takes a good approach to modern, local and seasonal cuisine, with an emphasis on vegetables. The €38 menu is well renewed: a starter of spelt risotto, lettuce, mustard, Caesar sauce, mushroom gyozas, spinach, peanut and lemongrass sauce, a peach return, smoked and puréed beet, seaweed, prune and fumet. Laura Boit takes care of the sweet side, with a lovely dessert of rhubarb, almond, rosemary and fresh goat's cheese. Short, solid cellar.
