Gault&Millau's review 2025

On the edge of Trestaou beach, this handsome hotel has taken its place in the town's former marine thermal baths, whose tradition it continues. Guests come here for the charm of its 91 rooms and suites, which open onto small terraces, as well as the delights of its restaurants, L'Haliotis and La Suite, both led by chef Jean-François Couderc. The main attraction, however, is the treatments offered in the Zen area, including a sensory awakening course based on the benefits of a rise in body temperature in the saunas and hammam, followed by a gradual fall in temperature in the seawater basins (baths at 36°, 29° and 17°). A perfect opportunity for regeneration, complemented by a facial or massage, with a special mention for the "Roz marine" treatment using heated pink granite stones. A special mention for the bar, warmed by a beautiful fireplace and extended by a terrace, perfect for enjoying a cocktail in the setting sun all summer long.
