Gourmet Restaurant This is a fine hotel dining experience, taking advantage of the luxury of the house and the fine service, to offer a well-appointed experience for guests and non-residents alike. The menu features seasonal bistronomy, with artichokes à la barigoule, lard emulsion and stracciatella, maigre de ligne, spinach coulis with hazelnut butter and mashed potatoes, pluma of Iberian pork, chimichurri sauce and vegetable escalivade, a white chocolate and coffee dessert.
