Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just a stone’s throw from Place des Vosges, the bistro founded by Marcel Baudis in 1987 is still there, with its simplicity and down-to-earth charm, offering this very chic district a haven that remains as down-to-earth and welcoming as ever. The restaurant specializes in Gascon dishes: duck foie gras and confit with sweet Jurançon wine, the must-try house-made cassoulet, duck confit with arugula, gratin dauphinois, and duck breast with port and balsamic vinegar. Great atmosphere.
