Gourmet Restaurant Valiant and dear to our hearts (it was Marcel Baudis's haunt), this bistro continues to delight with its well assimilated local fare. Of course, the menu has evolved and expanded over the years, but the spirit of the place remains, and a number of Gascon dishes demonstrate our attachment to its values. These include the very good cassoulet maison aux tarbais, saucisse de Toulouse cuisse de canard et gésiers confits, magret rôti sauce porto, confit de canard et gratin, parmentier d'agneau miel et romarin.
