Part of the Evok hotel group (which already owns the ultra-glamorous Hotel Brach), this boutique hotel has enriched a collection that consistently highlights the uniqueness of each location. This time, it’s an intimate and exclusive retreat, nestled in a 17th-century building designated as a historic monument. Conceived as a luxury guesthouse, it features 12 rooms and suites designed by interior designers Yann Le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto, who have preserved the site’s authenticity while infusing it here and there with modern touches (terracotta tiles, azure tapestries, stainless steel tables), all enjoying a rare privilege: an extraordinary view of the Place des Vosges and the leafy canopy of the Square Louis-XIII. Other highlights of this hotel include a spa with a Roman bath and treatment rooms, as well as a restaurant serving light meals and the Brach-La Pâtisserie corner, where guests can savor the famous fine pastries created by the group’s executive chef, Fabien Emery.
