Description
Sponsored In Mâcon, this brasserie has been an institution for over 60 years. It's even rumored to have the city's most beautiful terrace, on the banks of the Saône, extended by a huge garden. As soon as the weather's fine, it's packed and reservations, sometimes a week in advance, are recommended. People come to the Tuileries for the setting, inside and out, but not only. They also come for the pub, which is available for privatizations, and the seminar room. And last but not least, for its traditional-style cuisine, which varies according to the Chef's mood. He uses local, seasonal produce, which he transforms into delicious meat and fish dishes accompanied by wines, mostly from Mâcon and increasingly organic. Yoann Andrade took over the place in 2016, modernizing it, offering gift cards and, from this summer, continuous service to all his customers. Every Tuesday evening in summer, don't miss the salsa night!
