The setting is simple and welcoming, and the atmosphere is one of complicity over food and wine, with the cellar offering something for every region, including a choice of some fifteen crus by the glass. On the plate, you'll find good humor around products that stand out: snail profiteroles, pan-fried foie gras with fermented cabbage kimchi, smoked Charolais beef tenderloin with veal jus, veal sweetbreads with morel mushroom jus... Good choice of classic desserts, hearty menu around €50.
