In the city center, it's the number-one gastro and has been indestructible for ages. For the past thirty-five years, Christian Gaudin has been showcasing proud, noble Burgundian cuisine, cultivating regional ties while summoning noble products with relevance: lobster salad, spiced foie gras, frog ravioli with garlic cream, Miéral Bresse chicken, supreme stuffed with morel mushrooms, pressed leg of lamb with leeks, fregola emmental. A fine menu of classic desserts, including Valrhona chocolate fondant. The Burgundy cellar is extensive, with the Mâconnais well represented.
