Six years after setting up shop and winning their first chef's hat, Célie and Aymeric continue to move forward, delighting the people of Mâconnais with their lively, contemporary cuisine in a pretty, exposed stone setting. Adopting the comfort of some of his colleagues, the chef opts for a hidden menu at dinner, in four or seven courses. It's at lunch, then, that you can make a well-informed choice, for a €25 menu that shows off a good part of the range: asparagus hollandaise and pine nuts, snacked sea bream with chard and chartreuse emulsion, rhubarb tart with red fruit sorbet. Interesting wine list, with many fine references, and well-stocked with wines from all over the Mâconnais region.
