Chef's Restaurant We can't help but be seduced by this Toulousan gouaille, which is accompanied by true professionalism, sensitivity and Aziz Mokhtari's visceral desire to make his customers happy they've spent time with him. This reflects on the whole place, on the team, on the service and on the atmosphere. His cuisine, full of character and conviction, sometimes gives way to simplicity, but the whirlwind takes you away and pleasure accompanies indulgence. A few months ago, we were less enthralled by the plate (leek brouillade, haddock pollack...), but the latest visit was more conclusive (langoustine mushrooms, veal fillet...), with the chef often contributing his share of atmosphere by being very present in the room. A small, well-crafted wine list, with plenty of choice at around €40, and a selection by the glass.
