Gourmet Restaurant A replica of Barbaque on rue Perchepinte, this prominent unit just off the Victor Hugo market performs the same good offices: generous, traditional meat dishes in a modern setting, served with attention, complicity and dynamism. You'll be forgiven for asking for lamb chops that are pink and a little overcooked, served with kindness and above all with an excellent celery risotto, followed by a good vanilla ice-cream brioche French toast. Very interesting wine cellar in the southwest and Languedoc, at fair prices, with good references everywhere.
