Gourmet Restaurant There have been countless name changes for the restaurant at the Plaza Hotel, but it seems that we've once again found a formula that's holding up well. With a well-constructed hotel-style cuisine, a well-executed menu on plates that don't have much sparkle, but are solid: pig's trotter and shank in cromesquis with miso sweet potato purée, roast pike-perch in a declination of endive vitelottes and beurre blanc with watercress in an honest €37 menu to take advantage of a rather chic venue in an ideal location in the heart of the city.
