Gourmet Restaurant An emblematic brasserie on the Place du Capitole, Toulouse's image of fine dining, in tune with the times. The menu is eclectic, delving into both local and modern fare, from foie gras and Aveyron ham to citrus scallop carpaccio, homemade cassoulet, Ségala veal chop and entrecôte frites, as well as spelt risotto with mushrooms and Basque trout pavé with bisque. Good choice of classic desserts, efficient and professional service.
