Chef's Restaurant The selection on offer in this contemporary wine bar looks simple, almost banal. Yet behind the titles is a very good chef, Marc Delacourcelle, who now works with his family. You must try the terrine of the moment, always excellent, the poêlée de couteaux, the cochon de lait aux épices or the rognons de veau et riz rouge. Prices are low, pleasure is high, right down to the tonka bean crème caramel. And the cellar is overflowing with treasures unearthed by the owner.
