In an unassuming street not far from Duroc station, this H Kitchen may not look like much, but it rewards those who walk through the door. Chef Hidenori Kitaguchi's unpretentious French cuisine is simple and straightforward, with fine seasonal produce, exact cooking and a kind of naturalness in the approach, resulting in plates full of just the right touch.
