A low-key restaurant whose quality has stood the test of time. Without making a big fuss, Hidenori Kitaguchi maintains a high standard through his €50 set menu, which holds its value against inflation and incorporates the latest trends—from seasonal ingredients to fruity desserts, such as the raspberry tartlet with almond cream and chocolate diplomat cream. A classic wine cellar with a fine selection (Sang des Cailloux from Vacqueyras, Maillard, Tortochot from Burgundy).
