Another Italian restaurant in the Parisian galaxy, at the heart of a hotel complex. The latter occupies part of the boulevard, with three addresses, including this pizzeria trattoria. So, why the mention? Because the pizzas, and especially the dough, are excellent, well-topped, classic in their choices, with a zest of imagination and well-sourced products. To what do we owe this miracle? Or rather, to whom, because our little finger has told us that the running of this young company has been entrusted to the great Michel Portos, who, with his renowned talent, supervises the smooth execution of all technical gestures.
