The restaurant has been enriched with a new, more hushed and cosy decor. The duo of Denny Imbroisi and Victor Kuntz serve up a fine Franco-Italian cuisine, with quality products and masterful execution. Our fine gambas carpaccio is boosted by the lacto-fermentation of broccoli and black truffle, the lobster tortellini with an excellent head broth, and we appreciate the mandarin condiment to end on a sweet note with the chocolate mousse, olive oil and caper powder. Lunch menu at €43 and 5-course discovery menu at €95. Italian and French wines, friendly service with a relaxed connivance.
