Gault&Millau's review 2026

The house and dining room look great, in this pedestrian alleyway tucked away near the Old Market, which also boasts a pretty, quiet terrace. The cuisine, a little precious, like the service, is old-fashioned, but the effort is there, to offer dishes based on fresh produce in a good menu-card formula at €38: mayonnaise crab in fine jelly and crunchy vegetables, ravioli of beef cheek confit with caramelized peas and onions, cooking juices, chocolate hazelnut praline fondant.
