Gault&Millau's review 2025

This address will delight all nature lovers. Not far from Rouen and on the edge of the Lyons national forest, this former 17th-century coaching inn is now home to 13 rooms and suites decorated in a warm and cosy "rustic chic" style - tartan fabrics, driftwood... The estate also boasts two restaurants, the Bistrot du Grand Cerf and the Licorne Royale, offering country-style cuisine based on local produce, as well as a Nuxe-branded wellness area with hammam, sauna and outdoor pool. An ideal address for long walks in the forest, but also for discovering the (very) beautiful town of Lyons, with its half-timbered houses and Saint-Denis church built in the XIIᵉ century.
