Gault&Millau's review 2026

A pleasant, modern restaurant in an alleyway leading to the Old Market. The message is sincere, the choice interesting for a cuisine of its time, correctly arranged: velouté of burrata peas and tangy strawberries, veal and zucchini cannelloni cream of herbs, raspberry mousse white chocolate tarragon coulis. The whole is modest, the service thoughtful and the small cellar not too expensive.
