Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on a private island on the banks of the Seine, just an hour from the capital, this 18th-century mill is the perfect place to reconnect with nature for a weekend. Settle into one of the 12 elegantly sober rooms and suites (oak panelling, antique furniture, refined silks), and set off to discover the riches of the estate. Depending on your mood, you can take advantage of the 3-hectare park and its century-old trees, the boats available for a trip on the river, the outdoor swimming pool or the spa with hammam and jacuzzi. In the evening, guests can enjoy delicious French cuisine at La Table du Moulin restaurant, overlooking the river.
