Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on a private island on the banks of the Seine, just an hour from the capital, this 18th-century mill is the perfect place to reconnect with nature for a weekend. Settle into one of the 12 elegantly sober rooms and suites (oak panelling, antique furniture, refined silks), and set off to discover the riches of the estate.
