Sponsored The soul of a traditional bistro and the tastes of authentic cuisine: a stone's throw from the cathedral, Gabriel welcomes you here as you would at home. After 15 years in the restaurant business, he has joined forces with Marie in this warm and welcoming place that cultivates the good tastes of yesteryear. Homemade with regional flavors inspired by the recipes in the grimoire of his Moselle grandmother and Alsatian grandfather, with whom he learned the love of cooking and good produce. In the convivial dining room, decorated with classified frescoes, sofas and pianos, or on the waterside terrace, you can enjoy dishes from the Alsace-Lorraine region, served in old-fashioned crockery handed down by Mamie. Chef Geoffrey Quari, a friend of Gabriel's, shares his know-how and love of this comforting, generous cuisine. Using carefully selected produce from the market next door and quality artisans, the menu changes every month. As for the wines, both French and local are well represented! A plunge into our memories of yesteryear for gourmet moments to savor on any occasion.
