Gault&Millau's review2026
Facing the old town, on the banks of the Moselle, this brasserie adjoining the Metz theater-opera takes advantage of the unique setting of a former 18th-century mansion, once occupied by the Marquis de La Fayette. The menu is classic and well executed, an updated brasserie cuisine: sesame tuna tataki, dashi broth, fresh salad, cucumber and mint, roasted pollack fillet, ginger carrot mousseline, pan-seared duck fillet, tricolor carrots and raspberry sauce, a chocolate mi-cuit, raspberry and Espelette pepper heart.
