Chef's Restaurant A chic villa in a splendid natural setting on the road to Sainte-Victoire. The Provençal spirit of luxury lodge prevails in the atmosphere, but also in the kitchen, where prestigious ingredients are brought together. Chef Julien Le Goff, who took over from Mathias Dandine, is committed to a Riviera-chic menu that delights visitors: langoustines with caviar and stuffed zucchini flower, roasted blue lobster with citrus-glazed carrot and saffron polenta, veal sweetbreads à la provençale with creamy stracciatella and pine nuts in marjoram juice. Well-composed desserts, beautiful "Signature" menu at €185.
