Gourmet Restaurant On the Placette, a regular address for this traditional bistro, which mixes the latest ingredients to form coherent, well-dressed plates: radish and smoked haddock carpaccio, 63° organic egg and guanciale, tuna tataki with beet pickles, pork belly with barbecue sauce.
