Gault&Millau's review 2026

Much more than a wine bar, this is a restaurant with a fine cellar, and not just a name. The cuisine is seasonal, fair and unpretentious, with products chosen to make beautiful dishes: scallops with watercress and truffle, foie gras with mango and sweet onion, sea bass with orzo and celery, lamb with ravioli... The menu is short, the choice of desserts limited, but what's done is done well, there's a no-choice but tasteful formula at €34, and exploring the cellar is well worth the detour.
