Gourmet Restaurant Cyril Pinon and Quentin Brunet bring to life an amiable cuisine d'auteur, combining terroirs and tastes in pertinent contrasts, as attentive to the dressing as to the cooking. The restaurant operates in slash mode, from €32: shellfish, shod avocado, tiger leche, hen's egg, mushroom and buckwheat, fish with Paimpol coconuts, cauliflower and coconut, 64% chocolate and hazelnuts, a combination of pear and bitter almond. Cellar adapted.
