Gourmet Restaurant The location is undeniably one of the restaurant's strengths: a superb townhouse with garden and terrace, offering one of the most pleasant settings in the prefecture, particularly in summer. The chef's cuisine is market-driven, contemporary and evolves with the seasons. For €40, enjoy butter-roasted scallops with ginger-sweet potato cream, langoustine ravioli with green cabbage embeurrée and satay emulsion, a heart of Aubrac rib-eye steak, crispy potatoes with bacon, pan-fried carrots with oyster mushrooms, pepper sauce and passion-fruit chocolate fondant.
