Chef's Restaurant Of course, as with many other restaurants of the same level, it's not impossible for Angélique and Jean-Claude Leclerc's customers to be counted on the fingers of one hand on a weekday evening. The price of dinner (€88 on our last visit) is no doubt part of the reason, even if the setting is attractive (well-appointed décor, thick carpeting, quality tablecloths...) and the plates are delicious.) and the dishes rise above the fray with a fine combination of lobster, fava beans and poultry (with a juice to die for) and a gourmet interpretation of veal (superb, perfectly cooked meat) accompanied by crisp asparagus and regressive, addictive truffle ravioli. The cellar is essentially classic; the service is professional and efficient.
