Gourmet Restaurant For both food and drink, Ludovic Raymond's contemporary bistro is the place to be, where friends gather in the evenings for a house-created cocktail, a glass of organic or natural wine, and if the mood strikes, a fusion plate. The chef likes to marry influences, both in terms of products and recipes, combining in his €31 menu, for example, the perfect egg and combawa, with a crushed chestnut pumpkin and gouda espuma, sweet potatoes with a seven-hour beef shank, veal jus and beef marrow mustard, and apple, caramel, vanilla and tonka tart. On the cellar side, solid propositions: Marlène Soria, Stéphane Montez, David Reynaud, Trevallon, Chantal Lescure, Jacky Blot, etc.
