Located in the heart of Les Halles de Tours, Olivier Arlot's Pavillon is an elegant, warm and sincere place to dine - the perfect balance between a confident bistro and convivial gourmet dining. From the moment you enter, you'll be seduced by the setting: glass roof, natural light, comfortable furnishings, a subtle harmony of whites and greens, a well-kept atmosphere without stiffness. The service, led by a young, well-trained team, strikes just the right tone - present but discreet, professional without rigid. In the kitchen, the chef avoids excess and flashy virtuosity in favor of seasonal, generous and respectful cuisine. The pearly scallops, served with a spelt and root vegetable risotto, illustrate this philosophy: perfect cooking, contrasting textures, just the right seasonings. The oyster in vegetable jelly starter confirms the marine and seasonal inspiration. As for the wines, the list is heritage-based: a fine range from the Loire and beyond, served by knowledgeable sommeliers - a rare asset that sets the house apart.
