Gourmet Restaurant A trusted name that we return to every year with the same pleasure, that of a semi-gastronomic right in its boots, showcasing a serious and well-executed tradition. The restaurant in front of the Halles does not fall short of its reputation, being consistent on its menus, an elegant stew of scallops with baby vegetables, a filet of sea bass with champagne sauce, a filet mignon of veal with basil oil, a parfait glacé with armagnac and coulis. Cellar adapted to regional tastes.
