Gourmet Restaurant The neighborhood is quiet, but this Casse Cailloux is always animated, and in the best way, by Élodie and Matthieu: a bistro as we like them, who handle glass and plate with the same good understanding of the subject and the times. Simple, well-executed dishes include skrei acras with homemade tarama, grilled octopus with patidou mousseline and mango satay condiment, and a delicious dessert of panettone with pistachio cream French toast. The wine list is well-stocked, and includes some fine references in the region (François Chidaine, La Taille aux loups, Les Pierres Ecrites...), among others.
