The duo, who make their pastry with four hands, take great pride in using quality ingredients (flour, beer, etc.) from Brittany wherever possible. In this family atmosphere and modern, uncluttered decor, you'll find the great classics that have made this authentic restaurant so successful in Ploemeur: the galette with Guémené andouille sausage, Emmental cheese and old-fashioned mustard, the Gwenn Ha with chocolate on buckwheat pancakes and artisan buckwheat ice cream, or one of Bernard and Leandro's imaginative creations! For dessert, succumb to the apple, caramel and vanilla ice cream or the black orange crepe, flambéed with Grand Marnier.
