This punctuality of flavors is reflected in a consistently attractive lunch menu, and an evening menu at €39, offering choice, a few extras, and plates that are clearly identifiable and well finished: marinated mackerel, cauliflower purée with smoked paprika, ribot milk mousse, matured beef parsley, beef jus and market vegetables, mont-blanc-style rum baba.
