Just a few cubits from the Etang de Vaccarès, this charming little inn offers a sincere welcome and excellent cuisine. Whether on the terrace under the canisses or in the large dining room with its Provencal furniture, you'll be greeted by the appetizing smell of home-cooked food. For the past forty years, our debonair chef Frédéric Lacave has been sharing his terroir with you: rare tellines from Beauduc, just creamed and flavored with garlic, which you can eat with your fingers, cuttlefish rouille, monkfish bourride, eel bouillabaisse and bull gardianne. The wine list has nothing to be ashamed of, with reasonable prices on vacqueyras, costières-de-nîmes and picpoul-de-pinet. There's a lovely perfume of simple happiness in this house, a deliciously family atmosphere. And the menus won't break the bank.
