Chef's Restaurant One of our pleasant surprises of the last campaign: this address, which seemed to be stagnating a little, is revealing itself, with a remarkable price-pleasure ratio for a signature gourmet cuisine. In this pocket-sized restaurant, with its simple, uncluttered yet warm decor, the chef works hard, while the owner softens the morals with control and kindness. A very good tartare au couteau with Savora mayonnaise, with its melting marrow, the fish of the day (a turbot "wing" in a €40 menu that day) with emulsified head juice and an excellent watercress coulis, an equally delightful plum tart with chantilly, like a chocolate mousse. Cave adaptée, this year's second toque.
