A discreet, good little place that deserves its toques for its constantly renewed menu, with local and seasonal products worked in a contemporary, inventive way: butternut velouté with dry goat's cheese shavings and fresh goat's cheese chantilly, snacked scallops with cabbage and truffle, roast veal grenadin with potato purée and morel mushroom sauce, hazelnut crème brûlée. Prices are reasonable, and the welcome is cheerful and smiling, recommending a very good southern wine cellar.
