Gault&Millau's review 2026

The atmosphere and look of an authentic bistro live up to their promise. Of course, tourists and bobos are welcome, but the clientele is above all frankly epicurean, who appreciate this no-nonsense slate on a daily basis, each plate respecting the product and the title: terrine of pig's feet and ears, celeriac and mascarpone risotto, cod broccoli spinach beurre blanc, rice pudding caramel beurre salé in a fairly short, well-mastered proposal.
