In the middle of the Camargue, near the Etang de Vaccarès, a picturesque if not folkloric restaurant, with guitars and wood-fired meats. Regulars return to Bob and Josy's as if they were friends, while tourists enjoy the atmosphere. The one-off menu costs €50, and includes anchoiade, bull's rib, breast of duck or quasi lamb.
