Chef's Restaurant Freshness, distinction, the quality of traditional preparations and prices as high as ever. This is the Duc, and we won't change our lordly habits, for a menu of fresh fish and shellfish, cooked in a variety of textures: carpaccio, tartare, grilled, sautéed, poached, pan-fried. The €60 lunch menu is a reasonably priced introduction (pan-fried squid with curry leaves and basil, monkfish à la provençale), with prices rising quickly à la carte for langoustine tartare with Iranian black lemon, red tuna with asparagus and wasabi, and "Château de Feuilles" lobster (a souvenir from Praslin) with ginger and lemongrass. Rather limited desserts, classic and expensive wine list, good service at the required level.
